How do I know if the Pretty Witty Academy is right for me?
If you want to learn to make amazing cakes and/or if you want to start, build or grow a successful cake business, Pretty Witty Academy is likely to have absolutely everything you need.

Whether you are in it for the leisure or the business, the Academy has your covered.

Can I see inside beforehand?
The inside of the Academy is Huge and runs on its own website so we cannot give non-Members Access. However, you can see a full list of all the cake tutorials inside the site (over 900) on this page here. That should give you a good idea of the breadth and depth of tutorials inside.
We are extremely confident you will be blown away by your Academy membership especially the forums and the huge number of tutorials - bigger than any other cake site in the world.
I don't know whether to get Hobby or Pro?
This is not a problem. You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time once you are a member (we give you a special button on the inside of the Academy!). So, for example, if you buy a Yearly Pro Membership but decide after 3 months that you just want to be a Hobby Member, you can downgrade. We will then pro-rata your payment against the new plan for you so you don't ever lose any money.
Similarly, if you decide to take a Yearly Hobby Membership but after a few months decided you wanted to upgrade to Yearly Pro, you can upgrade and any money already paid will be pro rata'd against your new plan reducing the cost of your new plan by what you have already paid that is unused.
You can't ask for fairer than that 🙂
If I join, will you put my rates up if you increase your prices in the future?
No! Absolutely not. We wish to reward loyal members so they rate that you join the Pretty Witty Academy will be your rate FOREVER!! For example, if you join and the price is £20 or $30 a month but in 3 years, the price has increased to £40 or |$50 a month, you will still continue to pay £20 or $30 a month.
This is why it is important to ensure that you keep your payments details up to date because if your payment fails more than 4 times, your membership will be canceled. If that happens and you want to rejoin, you would then have to pay the current rate and you would lose your Early Bird discount.
I am receiving an error message saying I don't have access to this content?
- If you are not a Hobby or Pro Member then you will need to join up to gain access to the content. You can join up here
- If you are a Pro Member, you have access to ALL content on the site. Therefore, if you are a Pro Member and are seeing a No Access Error Message, please go to your Account Page and select the Subscriptions Tab and check that your Membership is still showing as active. If your subscription is still Active, try logging out, clearing your cookies and your cache and logging back in again. If this does not fix the problem, please email us on the contact form below.
- If you are a Hobby Member, first check that you are not trying to access Pro Content. Pro Only content includes the Business Tutorial Library, the Masterminds and the 1 on 1 Consultation section. If you have checked this, then please go to your Account Page and select the Subscriptions Tab and check that your Membership is still showing as active. If your subscription is still Active, try logging out, clearing your cookies and your cache and logging back in again. If this does not fix the problem, please email us on the contact form below.
Do you do trial periods?
We do occasionally run free trial periods for the Academy. So if you want to be informed of those make sure you follow us on social media or you are subscribed to our mailing list. If you want to dip your toes first, we recommend taking a monthly membership as you can cancel anytime. If it is not for you, just cancel before your month 2 renewal and you won't pay for more than one month.
Will I get direct access to ZOë?
Yes. Zoë is on the forums every day helping with questions and chatting to members.
Can I interview or book zoë, or feature her in a Magazine?
Yes absolutely. We get a lot of requests and Zoë cannot agree with them all. But use the form to below to send in details (as much information as possible) and Zoë will get back to you personally.
If I want to cancel, can I get a refund?
We bill you on a monthly or annual basis. If you decide that the Academy is not right for you, you can cancel anytime. We do not refund payments already made, but no further payments will be taken after you cancel.
Once you cancel you will still have full access to your account for the full period you have paid for.
However, if you join the Academy and get involved in the community and genuinely take action, we doubt you will ever want to leave, let alone get a refund! Many of our members have been with us for 6 years. You can check out some of the testimonials from members HERE.
If I join Pro Membership, will you guarantee I will get the results I want?
Whether or not you get the results you want depends on the action YOU take once you have received the training. YOUR own actions are what dictates your growth and profits.
Although we cannot guarantee your results as they are dependent on you, we can guarantee giving you great advice, and a community and environment designed especially to drive you to success.
