About Zoë

Hello! I'm Zoë, a multi award winning cake artist, presenter, writer and sugar craft demonstrator and tutor.
Formerly a film and TV set stylist I swapped my canvas from film sets to cake; a journey that started after I made my son his first novelty birthday cake.
In addition to private and PR commissions for cake sculptures and food art, I have also appeared on TV making my cakes too and am a regular columnist for industry magazines.
Sugar Street Studios has now grown to encompass an online cake school with over 80 guest tutors and a membership base of cake enthusiasts and hobbyists from around the world.
